MANAGEMENT
The Duties of Environment and City Ministry are :
· Preparing the subjects and circulars about reconstruction ,environment ,construction.Preparing , improving , executing the work Standarts of the Ministry.
· Determining the ways of how to prevent environmental pollution . Preparing the standarts about preventing the pollution.And determination of application basics about it.
· Estimating environmental effects of the all kind of companies which damages the environment with their liquid,solid,gas wastes as result of their activity.Measurement and obsevation progress about recieving areas. Controlling the sound pollution.
· Determination of strategies , standarts and basics about all kind of physical plans and scales.Affirmation of plans, mappings , constructions those belong goverment,general protection areas, private security areas , energy and telecommununication bases , areas thatauthorized by the council of ministers.Giving the construction licence as ex officio.
· Preparing and controlling the place strategy plans of related institution.
· Preparing the construction necessity programs of the goverment institutions, affirmation of projects. Upgrading the constructions and repairment progress controlling.
· Creating Construction Controlling System and program which improves energy efficiency on buildings. Controlling and estimating of Construction materials .
· Progressing the processes and strategies about residental sector. Progressing the duties which are given to the Ministry by the law 5543 .
· Estimation of basis which will be applied,upgraded by management about residental areas ,coastal lines and shanties.
· Progressing the other duties which are given by the Ministry.
