The Law Number 4708:
The aim of this law ; Regulating the standars for controlling and building high standart and healthy constructions , quality Project management.
According to 26. Of 3194. Housing Law aim of the Construction Controlling Law ; contains the controlling the constructions of the municipal areas and rest areas except the govermental buildings and constructions.
In Kahramanmaraş there are … Construction Controlling Companies ; which are responsible for controlling sites of contruction areas due to application of 4708. Law.
Our Controlling Team responsible for controls on companies which are responsible from construction sites. We are authorized to giving penalties to Companies which do not obey the 4708.Law on their construction sites.
General Duties of the Construction Controlling Companies:
-Checking the tests about Base and construction tools with the related Laboratory
-Reporting informations about finished constructions to the related Administration.
-Controlling the construction sites and buildings due to 4708.law
-Comparing the construction projects and constructions if they are fitted each other.
-Informing the Administration for undertaking the work about construction .
-Taking precautions for construction sites due to preventing accidents.Responsibility from it.
